- The ABSOLUTELY most important thing to beware of with NewIcons is make
- sure you don't use any more than the maximum number of bitplanes you need
- for your icons. 256 colour icons are pretty, but totally inpractical for
- speed reasons. I'd not use anything greater than 8-colour for day-to-day
- use.

- It also maybe that newicons isn't doing the fastest possible colour
- remapping. If it's using the OS GetBestPen functions it'll be damn slow
- indeed!
